Builder's Floor Plans

This is the builder's basic floor plan. We added the bay door off of the nook where the dotted lines are. We also moved the laundry (shown here on the bottom floor) upstairs to the loft where it currently says linen closet. That area on the first bottom floor is now a pantry. The owner's bath has a dual sink.
